What's new pussycat?

Am I really that lame that there is absolutely nothing new with me??

Maybe instead of talking about what is new.. I'll talk about what isn't :)

I really, really miss Lucky still. I've only ever lost a couple pets before, but I never remember it being this hard. :( I miss her snuggling as close to me as she can at night (pissing Joe off greatly) .. I miss her sweet puppy kisses, I miss her bringing me her teddy bear, telling me that she wants to play. I just miss her lots and lots! But at least I still have my 2 other babies!

Speaking of babies. My tummy is still empty. :( But I try not to think about it much.. it'll happen when it happens.

Joe decided that he wants to go back to school for Criminal Justice. He's actually quite serious about it too. I know that he's called a couple schools and checked out his best options. I'm very proud of him, I know he would love being in law enforcement! He got me thinking about maybe going to school finally too. I checked into WITC a little, and they do offer Early Childhood as night and online classes. I'm just not sure if I want to go to school though. First of all, that's a lot of money (around $50,000 maybe) to have both of us go to school. And that would definitely put having a baby on hold.. a loooong hold. I just don't know if I could do that :( I'm ready right now! We're ready right now! So first I'm going to let Joe figure out what he needs to do to get into a good school for law enforcement. Then I guess we'll go from there.

I'm going to my parents house on Friday to have my dad do our taxes. I'm very excited to get some of out debt paid off! Mostly Joe's truck :) I keep thinking about getting a new car. I really would like something with better gas mileage. I hate the thought of having a car payment right after we pay off the truck though :( So I'm sure I'll try to hold off on a new car for now. I've always got my eye out for a good deal though!

We're still loving our new house :) .. I guess it's not really new anymore, but still! The only thing that I'm not loving is how much of a cheap skate I am. I won't set the thermostat above 65 degrees, because I really can't afford the gas bill in the winter. :/ So it's mitten and scarf weather in our house! Which really isn't all that bad, but it'd still be nice to have it 70 degrees inside! Couple more months, right? Okay, well like 5 or 6 more months. Have I ever mentioned how much of a summer girl I am? :) I looooove summer sunshine! Maybe Joe will let us move to someplace warm someday. A girl can dream, right? :)

Hm.. what now? How bout work? Ooh well work is.. workish. If it weren't for the girls I work with, I would just dread coming to work everyday. I guess they just make it a little more bareable. :) I'm finally full time now.. can't remember if I mentioned that. It was only 2 years coming.. lol. So that's pretty exciting.. I get a little extra vacation time, sick time, and more paid holidays. Other wise everything's the same! My review is coming up in April and I really hope that I get a raise. This girl needs the moola!

I still babysit quite a bit, which is great extra money! I get paid for doing something that I love.. what could be better?! Whenever I get home from babysitting Joe asks me all about how it went, and then we usually talk about how we think it will be when it's time to raise our own children. It's an amazing feeling knowing how excited Joe is to be a daddy. It makes having to wait just that much harder :(

Sad truth.

Is it sad that the biggest reason I get excited about a day off during the week, is that it's one less day I have to waste gas to drive to Hudson??

I LOVE having no money.

You would think that after staring at a computer for 8+ hours a day at work, the last thing I would want to do is go home and stare at yet another computer. I guess there's just something about sitting in your underwear at your own home playing computer games! (just kidding about the underwear part. it's 60 degrees in my house.. clothes are practically a necessity)

Well anyways, I am going to try harder to blog more. I could do it at work too, but we've been very busy lately. Plus whenever I think about something to blog about, I want to add pictures and I can't do that at work.

Huh, Friday?

I can't believe that I've been waiting alllll week for Friday (for no special reason, it's just been a very long week) and I didn't even realize that it was indeed Friday TODAY.. until about 1:00.

Well anyways.. TGIF!!

Attention Walmart Shoppers:

I was at Walmart on my lunch break, specifically to replenish my medicine cabinet.. and I couldn't believe the medicine aisle!!!!!

I wish I could have taken a picture, there was sooo many people.

Anyways, my point is that I hope that everyone feels better! Especially if they've been feeling as miserable as I have these last couple days :(

Hopefully you're medicine that you recently purchased from Walmart helps you, people!!
