In-laws..

It is now 25 days and counting.. until the WEDDING of course!! :) I'm starting to get a little anxious now. There's still so much stuff that we need to do! My mom has been a HUGE help lately and I'm very thankful for that. Since we're having the reception outside at Joe's parents, a lot of the stuff we can't do until the actual day of the reception. That's kind of frustrating because I get in these moods where I just want to do everything right away! But oh well, the day will be here soon enough.

So the last couple days my mom has been trying to get ahold of Joe's mom to work out details and stuff, but apparently Joe's mom hasn't been returning her calls. Now, I thought this was really strange because whenever I talk to her, she's all eager to help and wants to know what she can do next. But I witnessed one of their phone conversations today and my mom wasn't lying. Karen just doesn't seem like she's that into helping out anymore. It's weird.. she better not have a problem with my mom or anything! >:0 Karen is really into the whole arts and crafts kinda stuff, so my mom was trying to get a hold of her to ask her if she wanted to go to the dollar store to pick out little prizes for the bridal shower. But she just told her to go ahead without her cuz she was busy all week. WHAT THE HECK! maybe I'm making too big of a deal about it.

Okay, so we've covered the wedding, now what! Oh yes, I know. PUPPIES! For the last month I've been trying to find another puppy for Max. He just gets lonely sometimes I think. Max is our 20 month old miniature dachshund. I just love him to death :) he's so cuddly and kissy and he makes me laugh all the time! It took me a very long to convince Joe that we could actually have a puppy and once we got Max, I think his heart softened up a little bit cuz now he's saying that we can get a little girl weiner dog for Max!
